This programme is subject to the standard conditions of the Motability three-year Contract Hire Scheme. Full written details and quotations available on request from a Motability Accredited Hyundai dealer or Motability Operations Limited (Registered Company No. 1373876) and are subject to applications received and accepted with Motability Operations by 31st March 2012. Under the scheme the vehicles are leased from Motability Operations Limited (Registered Company No. 1373876), City Gate House, 22 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 9HB.

Prices correct as at 1st January 2012. Hyundai Motor UK Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notification. All Hyundai models incorporated within the Motability contract hire scheme include metallic or mica paint.

Vehicles shown above and within the Hyundai Motability contract hire pricelist are subject to availability. Once you have chosen your favoured vehicle, you should check availability with your local Motability Accredited Hyundai dealer.

Under the contract hire scheme, charges are made for mileage over 20,000 miles per year, i.e. you are entitled to drive 60,000 miles over the three years. These charges must be paid annually to MFL's maintenance agent.

The Motability contract hire scheme covers all routine maintenance and servicing costs subject to fair wear and tear. During the course of a contract hire agreement tyres will also be replaced free of charge subject to the same wear and tear conditions. Customers are responsible for arranging servicing and maintenance with their local Motability Accredited Hyundai dealer. The contract hire scheme also covers breakdown assistance services for all cars.

Motability Terminology:

Advance Payment
This is the amount payable to your Motability Accredited Hyundai dealer at the beginning of the three-year Contract Hire period. This payment is non-refundable.

Weekly Rental
The Weekly Rental is the amount of your allowance that will be paid to Motability Operations each week in exchange for your car. T/A denotes "Total Allowance" and means that all of your higher rate allowance is payable for the duration of the lease. Where T/A is payable, any increases in the allowance are factored into the total cost of the lease and therefore will be paid directly to Motability Operations. For some cars, the amount required each week is less than your total allowance and where this is the case the actual fixed weekly payment is shown and any increases in your allowance will not be paid to Motability Operations.
